Synthetic Mica is a kind of fine-grained crystalline ceramic made by directly melting and fusion casting synthetic mica scraps. It is characterized by its easy mechanic ability of cutting ,drilling ,milling and planning because of the cleavage of mica ,while its outstanding properties of electric insulation resistance, heat-resistance and heat-impact resistance make Synthetic Mica widely used as lining in electro-beam welding machines and medium frequency induced furnaces and as skeleton of a heating element in duplicators as well. Owing to its superior chemical stability compared to natural phlogopite and muscovite especially the property of corrosion resistance in the atmosphere of hydrogen. nitrogen, chlorine ,it can be well served as high corrosion resistant parts ,such as pump channels, valves. joints in conveying melting aluminum -alloy in chemical factories.
