National processes crude oil through arrangements customized to the characteristics of the contracted material. In addition, blending and storage agreements are in place for the purpose of serving specific regional demands. National is currently in the process of securing the acquisition of a facility on the Houston ship channel. The facilities substantial acreage includes existing plant and operations with space for potential expansion. The facility includes ample tankage for crude and product storage, deepwater docks and provides strategic access to barge canals and pipelines.

A second facility in central Texas is being considered for acquisition. This plant would provide logistical access to major pipelines while affording access to valuable storage and distribution assets, assisting in the development of National’s regional strategy.
